The good news is you're in NYC from what I can tell so you have plenty of tools to get you to your goals, and secondly you're in college which helps immensely. Simply go out and enjoy yourself, bars, clubs whatever. We all have our ups and downs, there are times I can get girls easily and times I have blue balls for reasons unknown. You just seem to be in a valley is all, the peak comes around always.

Expand your social circle. Groups, hobbies, intramural athletics. Meeting more people helps you meet more women.

House parties are the best for picking up in college. I also recommend becoming a regular at your favorite club. Get to know the bartenders by name.

Get serious about your game.
1) Do you know where the girls physically are?
2) Are you going out on a regular basis? Every weekend?
3) Are you approaching a lot of girls confidently?
4) Do you have a plan after the girl starts laughing at your jokes, and stroking your arms?

You could lose the fat, get even more muscle, dress better, but all that does is raise how attractive you look. It doesn't do the work of getting the girl to find you attractive and leave the venue with you.

Consistency and a plan. Even without getting deep into making your rap better, being consistent in your approaches and knowing what to do after wards will get you more chicks than you can handle.
