Theres a certain degree of bs everyone has to put up with, but thats totally up to you. If you dont like a situation or a comment goes overboard, EJECT! Abundance mentality. You choose. Nobody else.

You have the right to set boundaries about what sort of behavior you will accept from anyone. Where you set those boundaries establishes whether or not you are a doormat for everyone to trample on.

Where do you draw the line between what is tolerated and what isn't? Are you willing to abandon a girl if she crosses lines of disrespect and doesn't own up/atone for it?

Couple things here:

There's a misunderstanding about what "shit tests," really are. Guys always want to know what thing to say to what "test." It's not about what you say. It's the way you think. It's not about "tolerating," them, so much as it is about having the ability to NOT take yourself so seriously.
If someone is truly "disrespectful," then there really shouldn't be any going back.
It's a waste of time to try to get some girl to "own up," or "atone," for disrespectfulness. Unless the girl volunteers such a thing, it's worthless if you have to drag her to it, just like a forced apology from a 5 year old is worthless because there's no heart behind it.
