I notice that when I start to like a girl, I get really in my head and don't know what I should say or I overanalyze/overthink. Any ideas on how to get a grip on all this?

I'm considering going to therapy for it since this is just me in general and it causes me to hesitate and wait until I'm absolutely sure about the outcome/sure I'm right.

Like for example, I know that you said not to make it about one girl, but there was a girl I asked out recently and she gave me a non-committal answer that was a yes but depending on her workload. I'm leaving it in her court since I'm relatively confident she'll get back to me, but the back of my mind tells me I should follow up and give her days when I'm free so she at least knows. But then it's like I start feeling like I'm trying too hard, which can start a cycle of debate within my head.

One thing I've noticed is it takes a while for me to be comfortable enough with someone to want to sleep with them. It's very much not a physical thing for me as much as an emotional experience. I sometimes worry that I don't move fast enough and these girls take it as a rejection and move on. Any advice? I already work out, get enough sleep, diet is on point. I haven't been tested for low T, but I did speak to my doctor about it and he said without any changes in voice or hair, it shouldn't be an issue.

Hi, I'm a pretty ripped 18 year old finishing up my first year in college. How do I use this to get laid, also my household is pretty religious so i can't really bring people back home.

A pattern I notice is girls check me out all the time, but I don't really go up to talk to them cause limiting beliefs and I grew up thinking girls don't like guys and that guys are lucky to have them (pretty stupid ik I'm working on changing that.)

Also when I do approach they usually freeze up cause I guess they're nervous or something cause I'm bigger than most other guys they talk to, so I guess I should run comfort game or whatever idk, but I feel like if I comfort them too much I'm gonna just come off as a pushover or something idk. I have a few questions.

How do I deal with the intense competition when asking out a girl? I usually ask her out to fast or wait too long (2-3 weeks) and another guy asks her out.
What should I do if nearly every girl I approach is taken, uninterested in me or is talking to/sleeping with another guy?
How do I approach these 3 girls?

a. A girl in my math class who talks to me, smiles at me, and added me on social media? I met her a month ago but didn't make a move due to her being sick/busy?

I kinda notice that when I’m meeting a new girl and we have some interactions, I fail to escalate it to a deeper level, showing that I’m really interested, and she gradually becomes not interested. Should I be more pushy?
