I’ve been lifting for 3 years and I’m 5’9, 70kg with 10% bodyfat. I aim for aesthetics and honestly my legs are quite small right now compared to my wide back.

I was thinking about focusing one month on leg specialization by training them 2-3 times a week and decreasing the volume on other muscle groups.

Thing is I’m not that tall and honestly I can’t tell if big legs are aesthetic. This is not an excuse to not working them out of course, but as I said I aim for aesthetics and it’s hard to grow them in a way that makes them appealing to the eye.

I will still train them hard this month and see how they will grow.
