The real education however comes from practice. I can't give you any material because I don't use any, but my suggestion would be to treat her like a human being, enjoy the time you spend with her and to never NEVER be dishonest about how you feel. Nothing is more expensive than regret, and the worst case scenario of her not reciprocating your feelings is 1000x better than you staying her friend just because you hope to one day get into her pants.

Just be confident, man. Obviously easier said than done. Your voice might falter and your hands might be in awkward places this time, but don't worry. It doesn't necessarily mean the chance is blown. But even if it is, you live and you learn. Also, try to start off and make it clear that it's a date. Be assertive. Then once you set that it's a date, you can keep moving up.

Yes, but they're my stories and you can't have them. Think about some stuff that's happened in your life and how you would tell the story.

If you want to escalate and have something more than a friend.... I have no idea, I'm still trying to figure that out.

If you just want to get to know her and don't care if you're in the friend zone or not... Just chat! Don't interrogate. Ask her about herself and her experiences. Throw the ball in her court and have her tell you stories, and listen. People like talking about themselves and generally like good listeners.

I'd definitely go for the hug. Big smile, say hi, open your arms, walk towards her and give her a squeeze. "great to see ya, how are you?" blah blah blah.

I hate saying be confident because you can only be confident when you have success. Just be cool, chill out, and hang out like you would with one if your friends. If it's your first time hanging w/ a girl, don't really expect it to escalate. Just want to get to know her and enjoy the conversation!

Talk to her like you talk to other guys. Don't act weird and feel like you have to make up games or stories for her just because she is a girl. If you try to display an alternate persona that you are not used to, things will get awkward.

Of course, there is nothing wrong with flirting or touching, but that takes practice as well as confidence.
