Part of me enjoys when prospective partners say this. It means they want to put on this facade for you OR that you are challenging their modesty. I would just nod / acknowledge it lightly and carry on with the conversation. They just want you to hear them out, it's not really them saying "we aren't fucking today"

She's just trying to save face that she's not a slut. My guideline is just always positively affirm sexual behavior from a woman, so in this case I'd just play along by smirking in a friendly way and telling her it's fine, I like it. u/Incaahhh also has a good response. The key is that it's not a big deal to you and you've seen this before (amused mastery), so simply be subtle and communicate only postivity.

Why the fuck are you talking about sex. You do sex, you don't talk about it, hence her ASD.

Don't do overt communication. You can not talk yourself into her panties. Escalate. Make it 'just happened'.
