Working professionals, When and where do you game?

I'm a bit unclear on when and where to approach. I work 9 to 5 in IT. Now I've learnt these are all no go places to approach - co workers - service employees, i.e restaurant servers - random people on the street

I'm not a club person so only bars and meetups are viable.

So people who do tens of approaches daily, where do you approach women?
