Once a month meetings, all I can do for now with my scheduling.

I go there first time, three months ago, 7/10 target initiates on me, gives me IOIs and Kino, I follow up, but chickened out, no close.

Now today, target sits close to me, she is asked by someone else if she has a boyfriend, she looks at me and replies to the person, "no, only dating". Whatever that means, pretty sure she likes me.

Anyway, the meeting is over, as I'm eating my food, this 8/10 milk skin platinum blonde sits next to me, I ignore her, she proceeds to ask me something, we talk for about half hour, then I look at my phone and I said, "I have to go, I think you're beautiful and I'd like to continue the conversation sometime, give me your number" she said sure but then hesitates, she said she'd like to talk online and proceeds to give me her Facebook screen name, what does that mean, if she didn't give me her phone number?

I'm thinking sending her a message on FB tomorrow, no friend request, ask her if she wants to hang out, I get the feeling that will be a no. What do you guys think I should do? I could also try to continue to conversation online? not something I'm interested in.

Overall I think this was a good move on my target, her seeing me talking to this hotter girl.

I'm lonely, slightly inexperienced and desperate but I couldn't care less if this goes anywhere or not. Been going through a lot of shit lately with some other bitch.

Edit: I think I know what what my mistake was, Although I talked to her for half hour I didn't create a connection, I didn't ask for personal stuff.
