You're better off with My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday. Shorter read and much more interesting. Essentially, she breaks down the most common fantasies by theme and deconstructs possible reasons/triggers for all of them.

Hardly necessary and the book is probably way over the top of what even approaches ok with someone who isn't a serious girlfriend (and even then...) Sex is way simpler than this for most women: talk dirty and don't be afraid of just asking them what they like/want in a dirty way. EDIT: and I should add do not underestimate foreplay .... usually, longer than you think...
