I'm not sure whether this is a cultural thing or not.

When I hear examples of what to say to 'influence' a girl into being attracted to you and what to say after you open etc, i'm often cringing pretty hard.

I have tried some stuff out and have gotten the kind of 'WTF?!' type reactions from girls that i'd expect tbh, but in truth, i've not used it on a large enough sample size.

I could easily use mysterymethod for examples of this (I cringe hard when watching his infields) or even Todd Valentine, but for this example, i'm gonna use 'gunwitch' (used to be a big name in the industry a long time ago. Had a very direct style. He's now changed it and is more indirect and uses 'powerful influence' lines to 'bed young girls for who i'm not their type at all'. Basically every guys dream! Be old and ugly, but still be able to bang most hot 18 year olds because of this theory. He's made some outrageous claims about how amazing he is and his results, so i'm using him for this post)

Here's an example of how an approach looks for him/what he says (example is taken from a mixture of his 'product' as well as a (rare) infield from one of his students)

Hi. You look just like my ex girlfriend except you have a very different energy. Are you Ukranian?

Her: I am from Ukraine

You have a very Ukranian energy. I know people from Russia. Similar energy

Her: I'm from Western Ukraine

You seem like an open person. But you're also Kinda private at the same time

Her: Kind of, I guess....

You look like you're out shopping for health food

Her: No

you seem like you put up walls around yourself with people that you don't really know, but when you get to know them you open up

Her. Errr.. Ok. I don't know. Isn't that the same for everybody?

Not everyone. I'm from Here bla bla bla. But yeah, You seem very creative, but very analytical at the same time.

Her: Yeah, I guess.

What do you do?

Her: I work in blablablabla

I can imagine you as a child when you were younger, deciding I want to be an accountant

Her: Not really. But yeah it's ok

At this point there's a little small talk about what she's doing out and then he asks for the number. She rejects him on the basis of being too young (he's 27 and she's like 30 lol) so I think it's more that she's just not into him.

In terms of verbals, I see what he's doing. PUA cold reads that kind of apply too everyone. But I find these kind of lines super cringy. Talking about energy and how she puts up walls around her etc. That sort of stuff might fly an hour into a convo, but not in the first minute!! But that's top level influence/'game' that costs £600 and makes girls who aren't attracted to you, want to sleep with you apparently

But as I say, how much of this is culture? For instance, if you read that and didn't think it was cringey and that it was good game, please reply and also let me know where you live. I'm genuinely curious

Similarly, if you are from the UK and you have an opinion on them verbals, i'm even more curious lol
