This mentality is the Have - Do - Be mentality.

You think you have to have something (good looks, a lot of money, nice car, nice house, fit body) in order to do something (get the girls you want) then you believe you will be somebody you want to be.

Piggybacking off of a previous comment...TRP isn’t about pickup, it’s about working on yourself. The correct mentality is Be - Do - Have. If you work to be the person you know you can be then you can do the things you want to do. Then you will earn or attract all the things you wish to have.

I’m 5’5/5’6, earning minimum wage in England for the last 3 years and I’m physically deformed in my spine. Sounds cliche but Ive been going to the gym for the last 3 or 4 years and I’ve been doing alright with girls ever since thanks to tinder/pof.

I was a virgin until like 22/23 myself but at 26 I’ve slept with around 18 girls now. I’m not particularly good looking - add thinning/receding hair and a naturally chubby disposition on top of the mediocre muscle gains I’ve made and I’m nothing special at all.

So: Gym, diet, positive outlook when talking to people even if you have to force it, work on your sense of humour and stop taking everything personally.

Focus on improving yourself rather than wondering why no one wants you. Nothing improved for me until I started working out and hopped on tinder - which you should treat as an after thought, don’t live or die by it. Just make a profile that makes you sound like fun and swipe a bit now and then while you’re getting on with your life/lifting. Add better pictures as you get in shape.

It might take months but it’s better than wallowing alone going nowhere for months.

Women don’t want you cause you have nothing to offer. No self esteem, no drive, no confidence, and lack of resources. Fix those things and work on your looks also. Lifting and checking your Test levels will help. If you have acne try Tazorac cream or get some accutane.
