Just wondering on what advice people would have when you get the number on tinder or bumble.

For example: I talked to a girl for a bit on bumble. Had a good conversation and mentioned we should go out. Her response was "Yeah! Here's my number, text me!"

Sent her a quick text joking about how we have the same area code(very far from said area code.) She lol'ed and said what's up? I said "Just waiting for work to end, what's up with you?"

Ghosted.

I guess that was a boring answer looking back. What could I have done differently?
