I follow up the next day with one fluff text and ask them out by text two.

Eg.

Me: Hey, its X. How was the rest of your night?

Them: hey X! Good! How was yours?

me: great! let's get coffee/go to that place we were talking about because in joke.

Them: option 1. radio silence Option 2. Yeah sounds good.

Me: cool. What's your schedule like?

Them: radio silence.

they all just dissapear? I feel like im not coming across as needy, im not texting too much, and they seem to really like me when I meet them and get the N close?

Why are they flaking?
