You could either go the classic way and just say what's up, which may work if you're handsome or have an interesting profile. But there is one other thing I've used: Hey (name)! Wow, I just noticed something really odd in your picture! She will most likely reply, than you say: Did you know that the lines of a person's face tells a lot about her? If she asks what it says about her, you can just say something generic which fits pretty much everyone but still seems legit like: I can see that you are very lazy when doing things you're not interested in, but when you get excited about something, you can't stop working on it. Or that she is a very stubborn person and that she probably gave her mother a lot of work. Then you can start getting to know her better and also giving informations about yourself.
