This is a pretty silly question, really. Charming means to be able to attract others, based on looks and likeability. A typical 'nice guy' thinks that being nice gives them an immediate pass to date someone.

Nice guys think that being simply nice entitles them to a reward in the form of pussy. They think that the world works like it did when they were little kids getting candy or toys for being “good boys”.

Charmers bring positivity, humour, fun, or some other energy that actually draws people to them.

The way you posed this question it is apparent that you seem to have some sort of moral hang up about portraying yourself in a certain way to achieve a certain goal. That’s what seduction is all about. Get over your moral hang ups, because this timid shit is exactly what beta makes dwell on. Women don’t lose a wink of sleep manipulating men for a variety of reasons; not saying that you should take advantage of women for the wrong reasons, but don’t be so polarised in your dating perspective that you feel being charming is just a means to an end.
