Growing up I was the dark chubby kid who has constantly picked on and constantly friendzoned. For years I was slowly building up my inner game throughout high school but it was from a terrible foundation. I constantly wanted to prove myself to others how far I came. To this day I still want validation. To be recognized as cool.
I even developed this confident walk/swagger during my senior year not for me, but to impress others. I joined weight training to impress others. I was very vocal to impress others. You get it. I measure my own value compared to others.
How should have I destroy this negative foundation I built on top of? How should I get my inner game from within?
Note I'm 18 years old and attending community college.
