Got on the bus, knew at this point any kind of commonality aside from just being on the street made for a legit opening opportunity so I knew I might see a girl I could make an open with. This was the first girl I approached all day but I knew I was pretty far already in the right mood, and I had a tight shirt on after just going to the gym. When I saw her I knew she was liking me, logistically she was the hottest without going way out of my way so like I always do I sit next to any hot girl.

I knew I should open but I was torn that ultimately I was going to leave her and not ask for her number because I was going to a very specific meetup (that I would invite her to but couldn't either). I didn't want to string her out, I already did that to a girl in a similar scenario and it's a little sad. About half way through the trip though it was still killing me that I was not turning around and just saying the stupid opener I knew would work. All I could read from the signs around me were the highlights "PLEASE", "do it" etc. So I just turned around and said like we were the best of adorable friends and asked "are you going to the ------ meetup too?" and even before I asked I could tell she was begging for whatever I was going to say and was going to run with it.

She ran with it to the point where it seemed like she literally just needed me to say a word and she was going to do the rest of the work from there. We chatted about a bunch of dumb stuff, whatever content we could eat up. Then I saw I was at my stop and said ohh this is my stop, and it wasn't exactly hers but she hm oh this mine too and got off with me and kept on me. She knew exactly where I was going and proceeded to walk in that direction.

We talked exactly the same until we got there then I said I gotta go here and she was a little oh. Then asked my name and I got hers. She had already made one step too far but I still threw my hands out and said "hug?". I think if she was one step closer she would have but she said "hand shake?". So I gave her a funny exaggerated hand shake and said I really loved chatting with you -----, I hope we bus together again. and then went inside.

TL;DR: Did not have the time or opportunity to make anything happen with a girl but I still approached, chatted her up and she was amazing, it could have worked but it was awesome just to have what we could for the sake of doing it.
