I'm fine with approaching with zero IOI's but my issue is that whenever I get eye contact from a girl across the street on close to me I freeze up. Is that weird in that I'm cool when they don't give me any attention but since I've gotten more direct eye contact I feel more uncomfortable?

And how can you approach with intent for college classes and clubs?
