Heres a brief summary of my story,

25 y/o male that was scared to look into a female eyes. In order to build my confidence, I went to gym 4-5 days a week and had a few nods from other women. Before I knew I was going to deploy, I met this girl and asked her out on a date. She said YES. Things were going well but she told me that she couldn't do long distance and it broke my heart. After a few months of being heartbroken, I recovered and left overseas.

Just the other day I saw this girl that was very attractive at a function. I saw her gossiping a little bit with her friends and read her lips "Is he looking at me". Granted, I was behind her when she said this and turned around. I was looking straight and saw her turning. I panic and looked over her. I notice her gorgeous eyes and was astonish. My friend wanted to leave so I just left with him.

Theres this little party and I wanted to ask her if she wants to go. I know where she worked at so I went there today. When I saw her, I frozed up and couldn't do anything or speak. Did I lost my chance? What should I do?
