Usually there's other girls (and people) in my life, so hanging out's easy to avoid because I'm usually doing other shit anyway- and I'll just tell em that.

If I like her enough to do shit with her in the first place, I'm cool with hanging out, but it's on my terms. If you're busy, tell her you're busy. If you're not actually busy, it's your choice. You can still say you're busy if you want, or you can just say "I'm not doing shit right now, but I don't really feel like hanging out tonight"- that's what someone with abundance says (and you can phrase it more nicely) and it lets her know what's up. There's also nothing wrong with just not responding to her when she tries to contact you.

I'm not one to define the terms of the relationship- like I usually don't straight-up tell a girl "We're fuck buddies, nothing more, nothing less," because usually the relationship ends up defining itself. Just remember that she doesn't have to be the one who determines how often you hang out- you make those decisions and she either has to deal with them or break it off. 9 times out of 10 she'll be cool with it- she might complain about it, but that doesn't mean anything.
