Like I said, dude: wait for her to contact you and immediately try to set up a time to meet. After you set the date, say something like "kewl, see u then". Don't get into any text conversations with her before the date. If she wants to talk, she'll come see you in person. If she flakes, soft next for 3 days then repeat. If she flakes again, hard next (delete/block/forget ever existed)

Hey so I got her to meet me! She was abit shy or uninterested at first, but opened up halfway the date. Only had like 2 hours, in which I had to drive her back to the trainstation. So I didn't have alot of time, saw no good opportunity to kiss her yet. She didn't touch me or anything either.
She saw my appartment (she had to drop her bags off) but wanted to leave it immediately.
At the end of the date she said next time she'll find a place to sleep with a friend so she could stay longer. I mean I have a guest bed....
She seemed quite free spirited from the stories she told me. I don't think it will take well if I say I like her and want to see her again. She showed up for the date but frankly I don't even know if she likes me that way.
After she left she began texting again, updating on what she was doing. A party.

Yea like I said don't get dragged into long text convos. She needs to come to the assumption that you're preselected (have other women in your life).
So I'm guessing you hung out with her this weekend. In that case, text her Tuesday and ask her to go out, not next weekend, but the following weekend:
You: how bout we do something not this weekend but next (no punctuation or capital letters. why? cuz u dont give a fuck)
