You most likely asked this question because you're afraid of rejection and you want to avoid that, so you're going to stand around waiting for IOIs before actually doing anything. This is an awful idea and you're being a pussy.

If you're afraid of rejection then you're always going to be seeking a reaction, needy, permission-seeking and dependent on outcome. You go up to them, you let them decide if they like you or not. You have to have the balls to approach them and risk being rejected because you want to be the cause not the effect of things.

And most importantly you don't want to hamstring yourself by standing around doing nothing while you wait for a girl to wink at you while pointing at her crotch, because shit like that very rarely happens.

You have no idea if a girl is interested in you before you approach, only clues like repeated eye contact. Even girls who do give you eye contact are not a guaranteed positive reaction. You have to just go in and see what the girl is like.

This can’t really be taught, because the signs are often subtle. Experience is the best teacher.
