I 20M had been in a relationship for 6 years which ended a few months ago. Since then I have been trying to work on my social skills. However I realised that every single girl I ever talked to just came to me. I have not been able to approach a single woman since then. I think I am just scared of rejection. For example during new years eve as soon as I walked in a girl literally threw her self onto me (on purpose) and said "oops sorry" in the most sarcastic way. And still I couldn't talk to her for some reason.

I have been using dating apps which make it easy for me to talk to girls but they rarely result in dates because again I am scared of rejection.

I am pretty happy with my body since I have a pretty muscular body and I am also very strong since I do powerlifting/bodybuilding. I think that I am scared to lose this good image of myself if I get rejected. As of now I think there have been atleast 20-50 women that have just approached me. So I kinda see this as a 100% succes rate if you know what I mean and a rejection will definitely impact that image.

Any tips for me on how to start approaching women during the night/day and get over this fear of rejection?
