Ive been going through oneitus for a little while, and everytime I do catch it, I always stumble upon good advice that gets me out, but the next time I get oneitus, I forget the information.

The other night, I literally had a dream where my uncle, who I get most of my guidance from, told me how important it is to write down your thoughts. For the past 2-3 days, ive been writing what had come to my mind about getting out of oneitus, seduction/innergame in general, and just good tips for life. I hope they can help you.

  • water, the most important thing in life, that you need more than food, can kill you. Everything in moderation. Just like texting a girl too much can kill attraction.

  • your main objective with a woman, first and foremost, should be to fuck her, and fuck her good. Not to get an emotional "fix" from her or to fill a void in your life. She should be the one to have feelings first and want to commit.

  • The purpose of a pretty girl, is to have sex with. Not to idolize, worship, or obsess over on a pedestal. Imagine a Bugatti, the fastest car on the planet, inly for display only. That cars purpose is to drive fast and enjoy.

  • Girls have enough emotions of their own to deal with. They dont want another woman, they want a man. Be a man, and be in control of your emotions.

  • In oneitus, it is your DREAMS you are in love with, not the person.

  • When you just focus your energy on gaming a girl, and building attraction and sexual arousal, instead of creating a long term relationship as fast as possible, everything is more fun, a lot less pressure, and a lot less emotionally taxing on your body and mind. That energy should be reserved for the important things in your life, like your family, friends, pets, and passions.

  • Using a girl to fill a void in your life, and get a high and base your happiness on, is JUST as bad as using drugs or alcohol. It is said that oneitus is just like a drug addiction where you are dependant on that person. Drugs are bad, mkay.

  • From personal experience, Commiting and being exclusive to one another too quickly leads to the relationship getting boring fast. Take your time.

  • Never throw all your options out until SHE is ready to be exclusive. Even if you dont believe its right to just be banging every girl, it is still important to have and be meeting other women, to prevent oneitus. Life is short, it is not wrong to spread your options and meet people, so you can make a good decision.

  • Think of women more of like assets that need to be taken care of and maintained properly.

  • Unless you have kids with her, there is no real reason for her to commit to you, or for you to commit to her.
