I absolutely loved Models by Mark Manson. Cleared up tons of issues I had in relationships and game, especially accepting rejection as a good thing since it's a way to weed out the girls who aren't into you.

But looking at it from a different perspective, I've had some relationships develop when a girl has hated me (or vice-versa) at first and then "things happened" and we ended up hooking up. Those situations are thrilling and actually happen a fair amount within social circles. I love being a dick and knowing that a girl is a little bit turned on by it but tries hard not to show it, and then eventually caves. This only happens, like I said, in social circles when I can see her consistently. It wouldn't really happen in a one-off meeting situation at a bar.

How does this type of situation fit into the framework of Models? Is it just because Models is centered around cold approach and the "hate"-then-hookup situations occur within social circles usually?
