Hey all. Been reading and thinking lately, and it seems to me one of the keys is to to be part of a social circle with hot girls, and being respected and welcomed in that circle (obviously while providing value and enjoying their company as well). Basically, a cool dude people want to be around.

I think of two of my close friends who get laid alot. One is an executive chef at a large restaurant, and he had dated dozens of hot waitresses. Another runs a small community college, and all the students look up to him. Once again, easy. Or, think of the fraternity brother who has a good social circle, is well liked by his fellow brothers and hooks up with different girls from sororities or just his college in general.

Problem is, I'm close to 30 and really don't know where to meet such a circle. I just started Salsa dancing, working out pretty hard, and ju jitsu. I like these hobbies, but I don't see myself being a leader in any of them any time soon, and apart from salsa the other have pretty sparse girls. (And salsa is mostly full of couples). I really like the mid 20s kind of girl: yuppies, college girls pursuing their masters/phd's, or just your regular decent looking urban girl. Right now my game is working on myself thru my career and investments, work out, dress well, and approach in clubs and streets. I've dated and had some success, but it's a ton of work compared to my friends who literally have girls flying onto their laps. It's like I"m stuck playing the game at hard mode.
So... wanted to throw this out there? If you were in my position or if you're in a similar position, any ideas for a guy living in the big city on how to find either a hobby based social circle with hot girls, or just a general social circle and integrate my way in? Thanks.
