Yesterday was my high school's graduation party which went all night. Around 3am some girls I know asked me to join them on dancing and I said no for a while because I don't know how, eventually I went out and tried, but I had no idea what I was doing.

I also felt a little uncomfortable being ground on.

How do you recommend learning how to dance? Over the last 6 months some girls I know have invited me to go swing dancing and dance parties in general but I haven't gone because I don't know how to dance.

The only time I felt semi-competent when trying to dance was when some other student started breakdancing to which I responded by "one-upping" him and we had a little breakdancing battle.
