I'm not a pua, so others will have more specific seduction advice to offer you, but I am a good athlete who plays in mixed leagues, so I can speak to this a little.

The fact that you're good is obviously an asset, but it's a double-edged sword too. I've noticed that in these mixed settings (in gender and in ability), the good players who act like being good is really important to them only turn people off. Don't downplay your ability. Own it. But be matter of fact about it. If you're not at all phased by your talent, she will be.

As for inviting her to practice together, it's a good date idea but I'd save that for down the road a little. If she's weaker than everyone else, no matter how low-key the environment, she's bound to be a little intimidated. So even if you're trying to be helpful, you'll do more harm than good by being a good player who feels the need to address her relative (in)ability.

I think the best thing you can do is make sure that your contribution to the team's experience is not just your ability. Just be fun and a good teammate. She'll be drawn to you because you are good, but also because you don't seem to require her to be. And if she wants to get better, she'll make it known, either by asking you for tips or commenting on something you do well. But if she doesn't really care how much better she gets, then she'll appreciate the fact that you don't care either.

I play in an ultimate frisbee league as well (as well as a bowling league), and a lot of times we'll go out to grab a bite to eat or get something to drink after a game. Why don't you get something together after a game like that for everyone to socialize?

I remember the first time I played in this league, I really didn't know anyone other than my buddy who got me into it (he was in the related soccer league), and I was also one of the better players as well but no one really knew me. But we went to the bar after the game once, and I started talking to everyone, and one of my teammates told me, "Man I didn't really know you but now you love me? You're always so quiet and intense of the field, but you're actually really cool."

Pretty much on every sports team I've played on, the best bonding I've had has come either off the field or while practicing, not actual games. So why don't you organize a post-game get together? Then you can get to know her/approach her from there.

Dude. Post game meetup at the bar. I used to play rec league softball and this was a great way to hook up.

Do not… Do not… Do not… offer to teach her how to play. You think you're better than you really are and that's not what she wants.

At least, not from you, unless she asks.

The key here is to get to know the 2 girls and one guy she "kinda knows" since that was her gateway into the team. Once you can demonstrate to her that they approve of you, tat should break the ice.
