learn to fight better if you're going to fight. Also, even if you get your ass whipped, if you put a good fight and refuse to give up even when its obvious you have no chance of winning people will still respect you. My dad used to tell me, you don't necessarily have to win a fight, just show heart and hurt the other guy bad enough so that he never wants to fight you again.

Sounds like you gave his words power by fighting him. To make matters worse, you gave him even more power over you by losing. Sucks.. Having said that, my friends and I once chased another group of guys over a racist slur at a nightclub. We caught up to them at a highway rest stop after they blocked us in. Long story short, I broke the guy's jaw in a fit of rage that I regret to this day. I almost, and probably should have, spent quit some time in jail for my behavior.

The moral here is that you can control only your reaction to people, not their reaction to you. Lose your control and women will lose respect for you. Was there a particular woman who witnessed your fight that you are trying seduce?

Yeah I'm going to go with letting him get to you enough for you to fight him is proof that he's more alpha than you are. If you're really in control of the frame, nothing he says ought to bother you enough for you to throw a punch.
