Not recommended. Be decisive. You pick the time and place. ("Hey! Drinks tomorrow at X Bar at 8pm. Don't miss out."). Don't clear your schedule for her. Instead, she'll be setting aside some time for you. I personally don't like to make a date more than 1 or 2 days in advance. The longer she's waiting for the date, the more time she has to plan something else "better".

Thats my two cents. Other than that, follow Thaeds instructions. Solid advice right there.

No, don't say "You're missing out." Specify a day, time and place next week. Don't be too open. Women like men who a) have lives outside of dating and b) can make choices on their own.

Assuming you said something like

"I'm going out and it's going to be awesome, you should come with me!"

You can now say

"awe, sorry to hear you can't make it, ~~we're going to~~ we always have a blast. I'll call you next week though!"

Don't make her feel bad for being busy, make her wish she wasn't busy. Also don't be a dick about rescheduling, but don't be too anxious to either.

Do something awesome when you go out and take pictures and show them to her another time. "You shoulda been there!"

Do not ask her which day works. Here's what I do.

Respond with a single text that says "Oh that's too bad! I'll text you on Sunday." Do not text her again until Sunday.

Then on Sunday, text her with something like "how's your week looking? you should come meet for drinks at [bar] on Tuesday at [8]!" I usually do ask-outs with 1 day notice, but after a cancellation I'll do 2 if it seems like she has a busy schedule.
