This is probably the best FR i've ever read on this site, simply for it genuineness. Pick up has gotten to a lot of guys heads and make them arrogant sarge-aholics. im glad to see you able to see through all the micro-bullshit and fix yourself on the meta level.

after we went out smoking a week or so later (as we routinely did) she told me that she thought what had happened should just be a one-time thing and that she'd love it if we could stay friends because I was a really nice guy (ouch).

We fool around for the whole night, get some breakfast in the morning, and end up back in her bed fooling around some more. I got over my oneitis, and I ended up getting the girl that I was trying way to hard for.
