They don't. Aside from a couple of regulars, I've seen several women come in, introduce themselves, and never post again. Other than that, the most regular female followers have been /2xc trolls.

I think one of three reasons: first, because it's kind of like "spying on the other side," which is always fun, second because they legitimately care about helping men be attractive, and third because many PU principles are not exclusive to women but rather deal with human interaction in general, and would like to learn something.
