History: I bumped into a girl I went to high school with at a bar a few months ago, chemistry from afar. A month ago ran into her again, and started bantering and storytelling with her group of friends. she then friend request me.

Present: I hadn't seen in her a while so I took it upon myself to open her on FB chat. Everything went real well, had her laughing but she said I was trying to close a number and date in 10 minutes, and said will see and encouraged me to try again. Itd be different if it was via text or in person but on facebook im lost. Any encouragement or ideas help. thanks seddit
