I walked into a party today, i didn't know a single person except for the people I was with. Music was playing, and the first thing I noticed when i walked in was a girl i saw earlier in the night (Had dinner with a bunch of friends and friends of friends). Being the AFC I was, I walked into the dance circle that was already there. Talked to the people I met earlier and then realized that this was the most awkward thing I've done. I was as stiff as a board, till one guy walks up and introduces himself, we'll call him Matt.

Matt introduces himself, he's already drunk, but this just works in my favor. Matt knew everyone at this party especially the ladies. So as the night progressed I just became stiffer and stiffer, introducing myself to girls but for them to just turn around and dance away from me. But then Matt grabbed me and dragged me around the floor and introduced me to some girls. Didn't open up any sets, until the end, met an old friend that I hadn't talked to in years, we'll call her lianne.

Lianne and I danced together for half an hour little kino. Tried things like getting her to teach me to do a dance and such. I just had to remember keep confidence and when i did keep that confidence. Kept up with the confidence and went for the # close. Got the number, and I had to leave the party. Successful night.
