I assume it is starting to warm up where you are. Train him a bit, then when you see a skirt approaching, "accidentally" drop his leash and let him run up to her. Then bang.

Train him well, but not too well (IMO). It's better if he's more playful around people- not crazy, but like the dogs you see in movies. They're always jumpin around and shit. Depends what kind of dog he is- when I get a place, I'm probably gonna get a well-bred pitbull and train the shit out of him so he's not dangerous or anything. Panties will drop.

Be strict but don't treat him like shit- easier said than done when he's being a little asshole.

All you have to do is take him on a bunch of walks and go to parks and shit- preferably in a metro area. If you don't live downtown, take him downtown sometimes and watch what happens. Girls are gonna want to pet him- depending on the dog- so make it easier for them- fuckin walk towards girls "inadvertently" so they get a chance to notice the dog. Either way, girls will initiate it- then it's your job to change the focus from the dog to you. So chat about the dog or something, find some common interests, be more direct if/when you can, and otherwise just run normal day game.

Edit: Scratch that part about not training him too much- that's vague and I don't know what it means. The best thing you can do is train him to be a dog that doesn't need a leash when you're on walks. Those dogs are awesome- rare, but awesome- and it says something about you that you were able to train him that well.

Find out where local dog parks are. Its much easier to open someone when your dog is running up and checking out other dogs. Even if the other dog's owner isn't an HB, chat it up with them anyway to loosen up and get over any AA.
