I think you should call her anytime tomorrow.

It sounds crazy, I know, but I think it just might work.

I heard something about calling late because she goes to bed thinking of your call.

However I wouldn't call at any time where it is "normal" to be doing stuff with people, it gives out the impression that you don't have a life

e.g. don't call her on a saturday 5pm while you should be with your friends, friday night, etc.

Edit: on second thought, it seems to me that we're overthinking the situation. Just call her whenever it's comfortable.

General rule: the later you call (especially after 9pm) the less innocence, casualness, and levity are implied. This applies to dates too, the later they are, the less innocent they are.

Whenever it's convenient for you. It wouldn't hurt to be with friends when you call, or on your way to do something interesting that you can chat about, but niether of these are essential.
