You're going to have to sleep with her first, before you can establish a FWB situation. How you approach the seduction is going to set the girl's expectations for the level of relationship. She's obviously signaling she doesn't want a LTR so don't approach that way. Give her what she wants, a quickie without a lot of emotional attachment. Then do that again. Repeatedly.

Do not ask. Don't ask. Go be amazing with her, do amazing things with her, get her wanting you, and it will happen. Lead her. It definitely sounds like she's wanting you to step up. So step it up.

There is no point in asking without having established the attraction.
