2 set. 2nd approach. Gorgeous petite girl and her friend are sitting down and chatting. I waited for the friend to walk away and then I went in.

Me: "Hey, this is going to sound very forward of me but I think you're absolutely gorgeous and I had to come say hi. I'm Carlos."

Her: smiles "Hey I'm Tara"

Me: "Tara, nice to mee-"

-Her friend comes back.

Me: "Hi, sorry I just had to approach your friend. I think she's gorgeous." introductions

Melissa: "Oh yeah, she's my girlfriend."

Me: "You're gay?!"

Melissa: "Totally"

Me: " Oh well, it was nice to meet you." eject

I didn't buy it. 2 minutes later another guy approaches them and he starts chatting with them. I'm thinking "fuck it", they're definitely not gay. I grab a napkin, write my number and name. I head back.

Me: interrupt the guy "Hey guys, sorry to interrupt again but I don't buy it. You guys are definitely not gay. So here I hand over the napkin. Here's my number Tara, the ball's in your court. It was great to meet you" I tell the guy "They're super gay dude." eject

Ten minutes later I get a text from her and she apologizes for her friend. I text her not to worry. Then I wait for my chance to go back and chit chat. She's alone once again. I approach and sit down next to her. "I knew you weren't gay" She laughs and then I throw a line I heard from Soul. "You must get approached a lot! You probably have 10 boyfriends… and soon you'll ask me to be number 11" She laughs "Or 12 hahaha", we both small talk. I then realize I'm a terrible conversationalist. I tell her we should make plans for next week. She agrees, I hug her and leave before I fuck it up. Oh and I bump to the friend on my way out, we talk for a bit and i tell her we should all hang out. She agrees. And I leave the bar.

The other approach was pretty bad. But I still got her number (sort of) This girl was hoooooot. Piercing green eyes, tight body in a small tight dress from shoulder to thighs. 2 set as well. Anyway, my voice pretty much quivered and her friend gave me a bad reaction (I went direct) even though she smiled I was too nervous so I ejected. Few minutes later my female friend sees her go to the bathroom and she follows to talk to her. She told my friend that I was hot and my friend gave her my number. I'm not hot guys. Apprently she's in a long term relationship but "It's not working out". My god I hope she texts me.

TEXTING. What the fuck should I text her! I know that she's a nurse, she's 23 (she was surprised to hear I was 21, apprently "I'm very young"), she's shy, and has a busy schedule. My friend told me to not wait and text tomorrow. Any suggestions? Should I call? I feel like I'm very bad at this part.

-What's a good way to use a direct approach on a 2 set? I'm sticking to direct approaches (I think they're super efficient) but they're a little harder when the target isn't alone.
