I joined seddit around 6 months or so after coming out of a bad breakup. After seeing "The Game" being thrown around on various other reddits (/r/relationship_advice) as well as recently being criticised for some of the techniques recently on Radio 1. I decided after finishing off my latest book to pick up The Game to see what the entire hype was about.

I started the book but it didn't seem to grab much of my attention away from my current addiction at the time (/r/WoW). However, with a paid company trip opened up around 6 hours of reading, perfect amount of time to get the book read, which opened my mind to more ways then I thought possible.

At the time I was employed within a small company which I resented daily and hated going to, I had applied to a few jobs, however they all felt that I wouldn't be suited to go visit clients on their sites (I work with IT). From one Interview the follow up email contained something along the lines of the following "Too nervous and unable to talk to clients at their level". Typical AFC stuff.

Returning back from my business trip I decided to try some of the (unknowingly to me, a bit dated) techniques on a friend of a friend who I had previously thought she may of been attracted to. Heading over I set myself a time limit (which I broke very much so), some negs (bad ones like fake hair line) and some cold reading. However, I managed to get a # close. For my first time I had managed to talk to a girl I didn't really know and get her number.

From there I started reading up on seddit, getting some background reading material, How to Win Friends and Influence people I felt has been a major help for me. After a few field tests, getting shot down and making some openers my confidence continued to build.

However, I still had my shitty job. With my new confidence I applied to two jobs, passing the first interview of both of them flawlessly. Second interview for one of the jobs I came away with the notes from the interviewer "Very Charismatic, someone very easy to get along with", as well as an invitation to their head office 250 miles away, paid for travel. The other job offered position a few days later, but I'll put that one on hold.

That following weekend I managed to open a set of 13 girls ranging from HB 6 - 8 out for someone's 18th birthday (Legal drinking age here in England), which ended in 4 K-Closes and 3 # Closes, which surprised both myself and my wingman.

The next week I headed to my job interview, with a little bit of nerves (Large, very profitable company), but managed to handle it well. I'm not going to say I seduced my future boss (No Homo), but I did use techniques to build rapport, take interest in him and let him do most of the talk. Usual methods. At the end of a vigorous job interview (including giving a presentation to see how I would cope under talking to an audience) the concept of salary came up, which I managed to negotiate an additional 3K from what they were originally offering. They offered me the job on the spot. On the way back to the train station I talked to a couple of HB 8's, didn't push for anything, but my mood and mindset for the day was sorted.

So seddit, a bit of a tangled post (I'll clean up it later), but to show that thanks to yourself and some other reddits (/r/Fitness), (/r/Mansformation), (/r/MaleFashionAdvice) that you've turned my life around. From not being able to get one job or being able to talk to one women, to having multiple job offers and talking to multiple women at once.

P.s I kicked my WoW addiction thanks to replacing my time playing it with /r/Fitness
