Hey guys,

I honestly can't tell if a man is good looking (man here). The best I can do is tell if he is physically fit but I know for a fact that not all good looking men are fit and not all fit men are considered good looking by women.

Can you guys break it down for me? Is it purely physical symmetry in the face?

Also, what can one do to become better looking as a man considering women have things like lipo, boob jobs, etc.
