Be the mature one, get her attention assertively, and ask her in person why she's ignoring you. If she's mature, she'll say why. If you legitimately did something to cross her, apologize sincerely. Sometimes we are oblivious to how we upset people. But don't apologize automatically, such as in the case she makes up something petty. If on the other hand she chooses to be a brat and not say why, you have the upper hand. Ask your coworkers or HR the same question, "Do you guys know why *** is ignoring me? I asked her yesterday, and she refused to tell me anything. I'm completely confused. I just want everyone to be happy around here." Public information of the situation will accelerate to a resolution really quick, but don't start a dramatic shit show. Keep it confined to the issue at hand. I'm an AFC. This isn't pickup, it's people skills, so I'm comfortable giving concrete advise.
