So here's the thing Seddit: HB8 girl who works at the same place (although not a co-worker). I've been on top of my game with her, and have K-closed a couple of times, but it hasn't gone beyond that. From the start, I told her I'm not looking for anything serious, and she's told me she won't have anything casual because she (quote) "Knows will fuck it up due to her being too controlling and stuff".

While speaking a couple of days ago about how she seemed a bit uncomfortable the last time we kissed, she tells me I'm first and foremost her friend who she respects, admires, and cares for; and since "I will never be her boyfriend" (because we're too different personality-wise), she thinks it's wrong to kiss/do anything else with me. That day we last kissed, we spent most of the evening just flirting with each other and K-closing at the end when I dropped her off was the easiest thing. So when she said that about LJBF, I just say "ok, I respect that, and I like our friendship as well" or something to that effect and shrugged it off. (Btw, I hooked up with another HB7 that week and was by no means having one-itis for this girl).

That same night we had the LJBF conversation, we went out to a bar with friends and she started flirting with me hardcore since the start. I responded as I usually would, by flirting back. At one point she tells me she's leaving since she has no keys to her apartment. I tell her she can't leave, and that we'll go pick the keys and get back to the bar. In the car, she tells me she doesn't want to go get the keys, but that we should stay in the (parked) car and chat for a while. Meh, let's see where this is going.

We chat, there's lots of kino, she's tickling me, and I start playing with her hair while keeping strong eye contact (I could have kissed her at this point, but didn't on purpose). After a while she tells me her hair doesn't look good today and that I shouldn't be playing with it. Then I purposely stop all kino and just say "ok" and lay back, smiling. She immediately starts to play with MY hair and keeps trying to get me to make a move. Now I should note here that I was SURE if I were to make a move at that point, she would stop me a bit into it and mention something about the earlier convo. But since I didn't, guess who was in control? So I teased her some more and didn't do anything else.

We get back to the bar after a while and all our friends are giving us a hard time because we stayed in the car. She doesn't mind. She starts flirting even more (hugging me, touching my chest, etc). I pull her in for what looked like a kiss, and just hugged her and said "now that's a real hug, not the ones you were giving me before". She giggles like a school girl at this. At this point I can (and do) pull her in by her waist several times, touch her hair, etc and she's loving it.

After a while she leaves with a friend of ours who drives her everywhere and texts me shortly after.

Now the thing is: It seems like she LJBF'd me, but is obviously really attracted. She won't let me take things further because we're "primarily friends" and "it's wrong" if we do anything else, but I'm already set on not having anything serious with her.

So Seddit, short of lying to her about my intentions (which I won't do obviously), how the hell do I move things further with her? She would make a great FWB if she would let me show her what she's been missing so far.

TL;DR: HB8 tells me LJBF even though she's really attracted. Her actions aren't congruent with LJBF, flirts hardcore.
