Today as I was in Union Square with a friend, I was approached by a very cute girl who wanted to see if I'd sponsor a child in a developing country. I've always wanted to do it, so right away I agreed, then continued to converse with her.

Turns out she is 4 months new to the city, lives a few blocks away from me, and even asked for my number. This was all after signing off on everything, so I wasn't being duped in order to sign up. She mentioned she was 16 days older than I am, and I teased her by saying I don't date older women.

I miss called her so she'd have my number after I took hers. She didn't grab her phone to save mine, but she was also a bit nervous/shy which I noticed as I was making eye contact. She also jumped on me and gave me a hug when I left telling me to hit her up.

So this is a mini-FR but my question is:

I've read around places that it's acceptable and sometimes good to send a text that night saying something along the lines of "It was nice to meet you today." I just want to ensure that when I call/text her in a few days, I avoid the "who is this" opening line. Should I go for this? If so, how should I phrase this? Incorporate a neg like saying:

"It was nice to meet you today. Too bad you're way older than me, I don't date older women. Since you know where I live, don't stalk me too much please!"

That might be too much words though :/
