You have to learn where the point of no return is. There's always that point where you can either stop, hold it in, and take it slow... or you end up saying "fuck it" and finish. And once you find that point, you have practice telling yourself NO.

Another trick, stop at any point and just work her upper half. Start making out until you come down off that edge a bit and can start back up again.

I feel your pain, man. What works for me is slowing the fuck down. I usually get caught in the moment and rush it. DON'T! Slow down and pace yourself. Remember it's not a race. This has helped me tremendously.

Also, finding a condom with the right amount of thickness. Don't go ultra thin for obvious reasons.

Find the positions that don't give you as much stimulation. I enjoy the cowgirl because she usually gets a lot of pleasure and I don't sacrifice sensation.
