Why is she refusing dates? Does she not want to see you? Is she busy? Is she taken?

Thats where you need to start. If she doesn't want to see you, then you need to move on. If she is busy, get her schedule and try to work around it. If she is taken, move on.

Perhaps she isn't comfortable with dates. Invite her to hang out with your friends. Or see if she will just come over and hang out. Keep it casual, though.

Remember to mirror her texting habits. If she takes an hour to text you back, take an hour to text her. If she uses emoticons, you use emoticons (carefully). I've always liked text game, its something I have used for personal success.

Hell, maybe just try calling her.

It's happened to me before. After a couple of texts, just say to heck with it and lose her number if she won't meet up with you.

Been there. These girls love the attention and will be texting multiple guys at once. Sometimes, you'll even get girls who want to go out on dates but no intention to actually proceed and if you try they will reject you.

You'll be a plan b for this girl at BEST, something to do if nothing better comes up. You deserve better, don't waste your time texting this girl.

Protip: Sometimes when you withdraw your attention from them, suddenly they become more interested. Once they get that attention back, interest disappears.

Chances are she is texting multiple guys and just picking the best one as she needs dates, and you aren't that top dog. If he loses interest or is busy, you might get a date.

Don't engage in long text conversations with targets is my philosophy. Nothing good can come of it. You look like you're just dying to talk with her and have nothing better to do. I don't even use texts at all for the most part, but if you must, keep them short and for arranging logistics. Here and here are a couple of good Roissy posts about it.

Edited to add -- responding to texts is not a reliable IOI, in my opinion. Actions are what matter.

You don't want to be texting her often or else you fall into the trap. Now she has you. On a moments notice she can text u when she's bored or wants attention and KNOWS that you will respond. U think ur playing games by not responding back or initiating texts but that's not the truth.

Pull back, I don't know how deep you fell into the friend zone but every step in will take you 10 steps to get out. Just Stop. Don't Reply. Take a day or 2 or 4. You're not actually losing out by taking long, you are just increasing anticipation.

It's possible for both. I as a girl had no clue what I wanted before I started dating my current boyfriend.

He and I met Junior year of high school but went to 2 different schools. Both of our colleges are around the same area and a friend from my job dragged me to a party at his campus. We ended up getting back in touch, flirting a lot, making out and messing around some, but then I just ended it for no reason. Besides I was being a cocky bitch. And I did this twice. HOWEVER. Luckily I got my shit sorted out in my head and I started talking to him again and he ended up asking me out and I agreed.

tl;dr girls are idiots who have no clue what they want but be nice and smooth because maybe you can bag her. I know because I am one.
