You're a weirdo. If this woman is an employee of your company and you gave her an assignment that she failed to do, fire her. That's business. Expect a lot of blow back because you've been trying to game a woman you work with while you're the manager of the business. And stop flirting with people who work for you. No good can come of this, only trouble.

If she's not your employee, why are you handing her a large sum of money and asking her to run errands for your business? That's weird.

This isn't some Red Pill power dynamic thing. This is you, being a weirdo, and either not taking action against a delinquent employee, or asking a random girl you've known for awhile to handle business things that involve money for you when she doesn't work for you.

I’d say sth like « Ok, tell when me when it’s done. When I get back we will have a small discussion about this ». Period. If she’s not stupid she will understand that you are not happy and that she will have to explain herself.

Try not to talk to her before she tells you it’s done.

Then when she confirms, ask her to come to your office, when she arrives, you can do the « Close the door ». Silence. « So? ». She will apologize. I don’t see how she couldn’t.

Then I suggest you explain her that you trusted her on this task, and that she disappointed you. Tell her she acted in an irresponsible way, like a child. Tell her that if she wasn’t able to do it, she should have told you in the first place. If she gets mad or anything, hold frame and tell her to leave immediately.
