Hi guys,

I've been reading about this stuff for a while now, trying to integrate it into my habits. Here's where I am.

Approach anxiety: Zero. I really don't have any problems with opening and holding a conversation. I guess this is mostly because of 1. my self-esteem is not so bad 2. the places I go to, are basically "my" places. That is, me and my friends (a group of 25 people) have this hangout (still calling it a hangout, im well into adulthood though (27)) in the middle of a big city.

Touch the girl, i.e. brush her shoulder with my torso while leaning in to listen, or anything "accidental", without her backing away or anything.

Make her laugh, a bit, not very good at this but occasionally I can do it.

Then I mostly eject before my game runs out. I'm not managing to, for example 1. Make suggestive remarks 2. Look her in the eyes suggestively. 3. Brush the hair out of her face 4. Or anything

I want to ask you guys, after fifteen minutes of high-energy conversation, how can you continue this? Either with or without alcohol?

I'm thinking that part of the problem is the place I'm usually visiting. There are always good friends around. I did have some luck with going out alone in the past but I have a heavy job right now and the only times I go out are when friends of my are organizing a concert at the hangout or something.

Please note that the only thing I'm aiming for is a kiss-close, and to be honest, I'm not very picky (but maybe still too picky), and there are plenty of targets around.

Also, there's plenty of nice girls at work but i'm not focusing on them for now.
