I would leave this alone my friend, unless they come onto you in some feirce way, just leave it be. This is your home, and like the other poster said, you don't wanna feel awkward in your own home, ever.

I've just been out of dating game for so long, that I wouldn't mind a relationship.

Slow down there, fella. That mindset is setting you up for failure, heartbreak, and it's like buying a one-way ticket for the express train to the friendzone. Not really want you want.

The thing about your neighbors is, it's like hitting on people that you work with. Sort of a "don't shit where you eat" situation. You see them just about everyday, and say you put the moves on them and get rejected. Now everytime you see them you'll be reminded about that cringe-worthy situation where you failed miserably, feel embarrassed, and slip deeper into oneitis and ruin whatever self confidence you've built up so far. Not a great start for a budding PUA.

What I would do, in your situation, is remain in a sort of "friendzone limbo". Maintain a good neighborly relationship with these girls, invite them over for a beer or a movie, or to the bar/cafe with you, but still remain cocky, funny, and flirty all the time without really trying to hook up at all. Get their buying temperature up and show them that you're a fun, confident, and attractive man. This will help you in two ways: (1) these girls most definitely have cute friends, who will mention their "awesome, cute neighbor from across the hall". They'll be basically handing you vagina. And (2), you may actually end up hooking up with one or both of your neighbors.

The key is to not give your cards away too early. Show these girls what cool, attractive mother fucker you are without directly trying to hook up with them. They'll take notice, and either they'll be all over you, or their cute friends will be. It's pretty much a win-win.

In college I was in your exact position. It was college, so of course w/alcohol a hook up ended up happening. It led to an ongoing thing. Then it turned south & was REALLLLLLLL weird for the rest of the year. I would caution you greatly.

You could try, you know. Then it's only awkward if you let it. Just don't over do it, don't go all crazy about her, overanalyzing what she does, etc. Chat her up, try and get her to go to a date with you, escalate. If this fails, just say "oh, I'm sorry I misinterpreted some signs. Please don't mind what I just did" and go on as usual. I did it with a friend of mine and we are closer than ever now that I've ruled out any form of sexual relationship.

Like everyone else said, don't shit where you eat.

Stay in the friendzone with them. Invite them out for drinks with a few of your friends. Get them to bring along their friends. You can hit on their friends, but be VERY selective about which ones you hit on. Take it slow.

Personally, I think starting a relationship with someone in such close proximity isn't a great idea. This has nothing to do with pickup, it's just that most relationships don't last, and if they end badly then living so close is going to cause awkwardness, and who wants to feel awkward in their own home of all places?

This isn't a steadfast rule though, if you feel you can keep the relationship casual and make sure nobody's feelings are hurt, it can be an AMAZING arrangement.

If you do want to go for it I wouldn't worry about hurting one of their feelings. They're big girls, and I doubt either of them is in love with you (yet), so they'll get over it. You can always introduce the other one to a friend of yours.
