Using lucid dreaming to practice seduction?

I've done pick up in dreams before. However, the other person's responses isn't based on them... it's based on you, as it's in your brain. So sure, you can create a person, walk up to them and say hi, and before you know it they are taking off their pants (you can also have them slap you and scream at you).

While dreaming is fun, remember it's you that is the other person, so thus RL is much better.

But that doesn't mean you couldn't use imagination and dreaming for fun meditation/confidence building.

I have some experience with lucid dreaming, and even at their most realistic and controlled I find lucid dreams are still fairly weird, disjointed, and dream-like. Like another commenter has mentioned, they're also pretty rare.

I'd say they'd be almost totally useless for improving your seduction skills in real life.

Lucid dreaming actually isn't rare, once the skill is mastered it can be performed at will, usually through a Wild.

Dild's or wbtb is not as reliable but still efficient if done properly. If lucid dreaming is practiced for a minimum of 2 years , you should be able to achieve lucidity almost any night you wish.

If you are already a skilled lucid dreamer then by all means use it to your advantage. Dreams have been known to provide groundbreaking insight which im sure can aid you in your sticking points, i just wouldn't use it to replace actual practice in field or as a way to test the waters.

It's best to get the real practice first, then use lucid dreams to aid you afterwards in what you could have done better. You would have to recreate the situation as a dream, which is actually an advanced technique.

Well the only problem with this is unless you are very skilled in your dreaming abilitys and practiced lucid dreaming techniques, lucid dreaming can be very rare. So if you did accomplish lucid dreaming and were in the right circumstances, I'm sure it could work.

It's a dream, what you want to happen (rather, what you expect will happen) is what is going to happen. No matter what you say, if you expect it to work, it will. If you don't expect it to work, no matter what you say, it won't. Not exactly a realistic scenario, but you could use it for general practice on delivery in the same way you can use lucid dreaming to practice musical instruments or sports.

I do it, it's viable. I've been practicing lucid dreaming for nearly 3 years now, I'm not sure if it has helped me in pickup but hey, at least I'm not losing anything and it's fun.

My advice: try it.

I use to lucid dream (can't now due to my poor sleep schedule). I doubt it would help. I can do anything I want in my lucid dreams. I don't need seduction when I can just f-close on command.

My 1 lucid dream a month, I usually either "game" or try to fly.

I think it's fun to game, even though you don't really "learn" much out of it because you're controlling everything. But, it's a great way to just have fun, pump your state, and reinforce the whole "assume a positive response" thing.

But sometimes skipping straight to dream sex is fun, too.
