I've been having more success getting initial interest/attraction and number closing but these rarely turn into dates or meetups because of scheduling conflicts.

My job and life is too damn busy and can only meet women friday and saturday evenings. Which I find highly undesirable because I usually want to spend this time with close friends or family. Not surprisingly the type of women that I am attracted to (professional, socially capable, a sense of direction in life) also seem to have their friday and saturday nights reserved. Besides I don't expect to suddenly prioritize somebody I barely met into my valuable time on the weekends, so I don't expect others to do the same for me. I am guessing this is a modern problem, especially in big cities where everybody is busy.

For busy women I literally just want to send a spreadsheet with "here are the times available, please choose one that fits your schedule." But it's not as simple as that, especially with trying to maintain interest after initial meeting. And if I'm being too upfront about my available times, I may seem desperate. What are some possible solutions to this?
